
Summary/Objectives
Assist and maintain member relationships through exceptional member service by performing advanced account maintenance and financial transactions. This position serves a critical role by providing exceptional service to credit union members, non-members, employees, and service providers.

Accurately process all member and non-member transactions
Research member questions, problems, and complaints and respond with accurate information.
Open and close all types of accounts while ensuring required forms and records are completed in compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations
Assist with advanced account maintenance and problem solving for members and non-members
Process and create/order debit cards for members along with assisting with debit card disputes and fraud
Process stop payments, print statements and histories for members.
Assist with night deposits, ATM deposits, wire transfers, large currency reports, deceased members, and irate members
Assist employees with problem solving and questions
Supply cash for tellers (order and detail Brinks) in absence of the Teller Supervisor or Assistant Teller Supervisor
Provide assistance to the Teller Supervisor and Assistant Teller Supervisor with balancing and detailing the vault, ATM, and cash recycler
Cross-sell IMCU products and services
Competencies
Ability to multi-task and exhibit patience in stressful situations
Completed satisfactory all in-house training
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail, maintain adaptability, flexibility and organizational skills
Skilled in use of core system, Evolve, Synapsys, etc.

Required Education And Experience
6-12 months of credit union or financial institution experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Completion of Teller Supervisor and Basics of Products and services training with IMCU
