This role owns the go-to-market strategy. Period. Youll be in the trenches 4683fd 4e4 opening doors, building relationships, and telling the Kustom HR story to the right decision-makers. Our approach converts once were in the room, but this is a noisy space, and cutting through that noise is the mission. This is a hybrid position, with the flexibility to work remotely more than half the time, balanced with in-person meetings and relationship-building when it matters most. Theres no ceiling here. Our commission structure is generous and residual, meaning youre building a business within a business from day one.
