The Role
This role owns the go-to-market strategy. Period. You’ll be in the trenches — opening doors, building relationships, and telling the Kustom HR story to the right decision-makers. Our approach converts once we’re in the room, but this is a noisy space, and cutting through that noise is the mission.
This is a hybrid position, with the flexibility to work remotely more than half the time, balanced with in-person meetings and relationship-building when it matters most.
There’s no ceiling here. Our commission structure is generous and residual, meaning you’re building a business within a business from day one. Phase two of this growth plan includes building and leading your own team for those who want it.

The Opportunity
We offer an unmatched compensation and benefits package. Year one earnings at plan range from $150,944–$190,944, with residual income compounding every year after.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone special. The right person will have:
3–5 years of successful HR sales or related professional services experience
A proven track record of beating goals
A strong rolodex and the confidence to use it
Located in NY / NJ
A real desire to build and scale something meaningful
