Policy creation and implementation Benefits administration and support for employee inquiries Handling employee relations and conflict resolution Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes Coaching on performance management and goal setting Coordinating training and development initiatives Managing leave requests and ensuring compliance with labor laws Providing daily inquiries support on US Immigration Assisting with compensation administration Requirements
7-10 years of HR experience with a focus on benefits and employee relations Experience within SaaS organizations, preferably in healthcare/health tech Proven ability to work with global teams across multiple regions Hands‑on experience with ADP for payroll and performance management Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, HR certification preferred Benefits
