Role Overview The HR Specialist will provide hands-on support across key people operations, starting with full-cycle talent acquisition and expanding into additional HR functions over time. This position partners closely with the HR Manager and works alongside both U.S.-based and global HR colleagues. Beyond recruiting, the role will touch onboarding support, training logistics, benefits-related coordination, and HR recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete hiring workflow, including sourcing support, scheduling, and coordination using applicant tracking and recruiting platforms

Prepare HR-related communications such as letters, confirmations, and general employee correspondence

Serve as the site Notary, as required for internal documentation

Maintain training records and learning trackers, and compile routine HR dashboards and summaries

Organize, file, and manage HR documents to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval

Participate in internal working groups and cross-department initiatives when needed

Assist with day-to-day HR administration and employee support activities

Uphold site standards tied to Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality expectations, and reinforce compliance in daily practices

Qualifications

Associate degree preferred (additional education is a plus)

6 months – 2 years of experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition activities

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with sound judgment and discretion

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities

Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders, teams, and time zones
