
Executive Recruiter – The Blue Collar Recruiter of Charlotte
Location: Charlotte, NC (Must be local Resident) Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance & Community Bonuses Earning Potential: $100,000+ for top performers Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role Blue Collar Charlotte is growing, and we’re looking for a relationship-driven Executive Recruiter to become the local face of our brand in the Charlotte market.
This is not a just sit-behind-a-desk recruiting job.
You’ll recruit skilled trades professionals while actively building relationships across the Charlotte business and trades community. You’ll represent Blue Collar Charlotte at events, meetings, and in day-to-day interactions with business owners, partners, and candidates.
You’ll operate locally, but be supported by a national recruiting team and proven systems across the country.
What You’ll Do
Recruit skilled trades professionals (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, skilled labor, and more)
Build long-term relationships with local employers and candidates
Serve as the face of Blue Collar Charlotte in the local market
Attend and participate in:
Networking events
Trade association meetings
Job fairs
Community and workforce development events
Develop partnerships with trade schools, training programs, and local organizations
Interview, qualify, and place candidates
Manage pipelines and activity using our recruiting systems
Represent the Blue Collar brand with professionalism and consistency
