Executive Recruiter – Direct Hire

to join our growing Charlotte-based team. Position Overview

As an Executive Recruiter at Search Solution Group, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for direct hire placements across a variety of industries and functional areas. You will serve as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates, leading searches from intake through offer acceptance while delivering an exceptional, consultative recruiting experience. This role is ideal for a dynamic recruiter who enjoys building relationships, driving successful placements, and operating in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for direct hire searches, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement. Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and organizational culture. Identify and engage top talent through strategic sourcing methods, networking, cold outreach, and recruitment tools. Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit to ensure alignment with client expectations. Provide consultative guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Coordinate interviews, facilitate communication, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Conduct reference checks and support background screening processes as needed. Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer development through acceptance. Maintain accurate recruiting activity, pipeline tracking, and performance metrics. Build and nurture a strong network of qualified candidates for current and future searches. Stay informed on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and evolving talent markets. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in direct hire or full-cycle search. Demonstrated success in delivering placements and managing multiple searches concurrently. Strong sourcing, headhunting, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technology platforms. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent market trends. Why Join Search Solution Group?
