The Sr. Social & Video Content Manager works directly with the CEO approximately 50% of the time, owning the creation and execution of the CEO’s PR presence, social visibility, and executive brand in the market, including blog content and thought leadership articles. The remaining 50% of the role focuses on building and scaling the company’s social and video efforts, including company social content, video production, podcast development, and employee social optimization and strategy. This is a hands-on creator role responsible for translating executive thinking and business insights into compelling short-form video, written social content, and thought leadership that drives credibility, visibility, and inbound interest from hiring leaders. Key Responsibilities

Executive Social & Video Content

Own and execute the CEO’s and Executive Division's social and video content strategy. Capture, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video content. Write high-quality social posts that reflect executive voice, insight, and point of view. Turn conversations, ideas, and market insights into consistent, high-impact content. Manage posting cadence, content calendars, and performance optimization. Podcast & Long-Form Content

Help plan, launch, and grow a company-wide podcast. Support episode planning, recording, editing, and publishing. Repurpose podcast content into short-form video and written content. Coordinate guest scheduling and content themes as needed. Content Creation & Repurposing

Repurpose video and podcast content into written posts, clips, and supporting assets. Adapt content for other platforms as needed while keeping a single primary channel. Identify opportunities to extend reach and engagement through smart content reuse. Company & Employee Content

Create video and written success stories highlighting client partnerships and outcomes. Travel to client sites as needed to capture partnership stories, interviews, and on-site content. Elevate employee wins, milestones, and subject-matter expertise through company and executive channels. Support brand storytelling across company platforms. Visibility & Brand Support Support PR, speaking engagements, and executive visibility initiatives as needed. Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to align content with business priorities. Qualifications

Experience creating social and video content for executives, founders, or leadership teams. Strong writing skills with the ability to capture and maintain executive voice. Hands-on video production and editing experience required. Experience producing or supporting podcasts preferred. Highly organized and comfortable working directly with senior leadership. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and execute consistently. Graphic design experience is a plus, not required. Comfortable working behind the scenes to amplify executive and company voices. What We Offer
