Search Solution Group is seeking a
Senior Director of Talent Acquisition
on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing group of dermatologic practices providing a full range of medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology services. This position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's growth goals and operational needs. The Senior Director will oversee all aspects of recruiting, onboarding, and talent planning, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and building a high-performing team to support nationwide expansion. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's growth trajectory and business objectives.
Analyze workforce trends and forecast future hiring needs in partnership with department leaders and senior executives.
Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent across multiple disciplines.
Oversee the employer brand and talent attraction strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational values.
Manage partnerships with external recruitment agencies, digital marketing vendors, and recruitment technology providers.
Leverage data analytics to measure recruitment performance, identify trends, and present insights to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
Drive process efficiency through the use of modern recruitment technologies and tools.
Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results.
Support retention and turnover initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and workforce stability.
Partner with senior leaders and HR partners on people-related strategies and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
Lead and participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements Include: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Prior experience in a healthcare or multi-location environment preferred.
Demonstrated success designing and scaling recruitment programs in high-growth organizations.
Skills: Proven ability to build and execute large-scale recruiting strategies that support company growth.
Expertise in recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and board members.
Excellent project management skills, including defining scope, managing budgets, and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking systems.
Certifications: Professional HR or recruiting certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, AIRS) preferred but not required.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of talent acquisition analytics, workforce planning, and recruitment marketing.
Knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations across multiple states.
Familiarity with employer branding, digital recruitment campaigns, and social media strategies.
