Our agents focus on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and closing deals, while our inside sales and marketing team provides a consistent flow of warm leads. Meet with
motivated buyers , assess their needs, and guide them through the home-buying process
Maintain consistent follow-up using
CRM and lead-management systems
Deliver a
world‑class client experience
to generate referrals and repeat business
Host
team open houses
monthly and convert leads (all leads are assigned to the hosting agent)
Keep CRM, calendar, and pipeline organized for maximum efficiency
Attend weekly sales training, Academy sessions, and team meetings
Qualifications
Active Georgia Real Estate License (required)
Full-time availability and commitment to growing a real estate career
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Tech‑savvy and comfortable with
CRM and digital tools
Self‑motivated, coachable, and results‑driven
Organized with excellent time‑management skills
Positive, solutions‑focused mindset
Compensation $75,000 – $150,000+ commission-based per year
