Licensed Real Estate Buyer’s Agent
to join our fast-growing Atlanta-area team. You’ll work with
pre-qualified, motivated buyers
and guide them through the entire home-buying process — from initial consultation to closing.
Our agents focus on
building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and closing deals , while our inside sales and marketing team provides a consistent flow of warm leads. This role is perfect for professionals who are
driven, coachable, and ready to grow their real estate career quickly .

Maintain consistent follow-up using
CRM and lead-management systems
Deliver a
world-class client experience
to generate referrals and repeat business
Host
team open houses
monthly and convert leads ( all leads are assigned to the hosting agent )
Keep CRM, calendar, and pipeline organized for maximum efficiency
Attend weekly
sales training, Academy sessions, and team meetings
Qualifications
Full-time availability and commitment to growing a real estate career
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with
CRM and digital tools
Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven
Organized with excellent time management skills
Positive, solutions-focused mindset
Prior sales experience is a plus, but
drive and coachability
are most important
Compensation $75,000 - $150,000+ commission-based
