itD is seeking a
Marketing Data Analytics – Brand Tracking
to support company’s Reality Labs organization by translating brand and market insights into actionable marketing and product recommendations. This role plays a critical part in guiding brand strategy for next-generation hardware products by managing end-to-end brand tracking programs and delivering clear, executive-ready insights that drive business impact. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in quantitative and qualitative research, strong strategic thinking, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders through compelling storytelling and data-driven recommendations.
Location:
Remote (U.S. – PST or MST preferred)
Pay Rate:

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end brand tracking programs, including survey design, data quality management, analysis, and reporting.
Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations that influence marketing strategy and decision-making.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover underlying trends, cohort-based insights, and competitive opportunities or risks.
Manage brand tracking efforts across VR and Wearables devices, delivering insights and reporting on a consistent cadence.
Contextualize brand performance findings within broader macroeconomic, organizational, and product-level developments.
Manage external research vendors and oversee research execution to ensure methodological rigor and on-time delivery.
Communicate insights effectively through clear, concise, and compelling presentations tailored for executive audiences.
Internal Responsibilities
Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
6+ years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research, including hands-on survey design, discussion guide development, and advanced data analysis.
Direct experience managing end-to-end brand tracking programs.
Proven ability to independently execute full-cycle research initiatives using primary and secondary data sources.
Strong analytical skills, including experience with data cleaning, weighting, regression, and data quality management.
Demonstrated experience synthesizing complex data into clear, executive-level insights and recommendations.
Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Experience conducting research for hardware or physical consumer products.
Ability to manage challenging stakeholders and craft effective research questions.
Strong appreciation for collaboration and cross-functional partnership.
Prior experience supporting Reality Labs, VR, Wearables, or similar emerging technology categories.
Education Bachelor’s degree in sociology, human studies, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
