Participate in weekly Academy Sales Training and team meetings
Qualifications
Active NC or SC Real Estate License (required)
Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable with CRM systems
Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven
Positive, solutions-focused mindset with a can-do attitude
Compensation $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
