We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to join our growing team. This role is designed for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in the mortgage processing and mortgage brokerage industry. Our goal is to train, mentor, and develop the right individual into a high-performing mortgage processor. No prior mortgage processing experience is required for the right candidate—we are prepared to provide hands-on training, structured guidance, and ongoing mentorship to help you grow within the industry. Candidates with prior mortgage or processing experience will be considered at a higher compensation level and may take on expanded responsibilities more quickly. Responsibilities
Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation Prepare complete loan files for submission to wholesale lenders Submit loans to underwriting and manage conditions through clear-to-close Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, lenders, title companies, and other third parties Track loan milestones and ensure deadlines are met Maintain accurate records and file notes in the loan systems Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep files moving efficiently Qualifications
