This is a full-time Director of Finance Operations role on our operations team. What is a day in the life of a Director of Finance - Operations?

Partner with Global Operations Leadership by advising on strategy, supporting achievement of short-term operational goals, and modeling new business plans.

Provide a key leadership role in the Fulfillment Business (Marketplace Prep, Middle Mile, D2C).

Own key operations metrics and re-imagine new metrics with direct links to financial performance.

Own FP&A responsibilities across the operations group (Inventory, Personnel, Shipping, Capex); share financial insights and trends through short-term analyses to drive efficiency and behavior changes.

Collaborate with Finance and Operations on multi-year projections, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Report on operations performance to finance leadership and other C-suite executives.

What will I need to thrive in this role?

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Supply Chain.

At least 10 years of experience in supply chain, operations, and finance.

Sophisticated knowledge of FP&A.

Proven track record of business partnering.

Specific FMCG and 3P experience preferred.

What is the team like?

You'll work with operations and finance leadership and a broader finance/operations team. The team is data-driven and results-oriented. You will manage a team of three and collaborate to implement actionable solutions; input is encouraged from all members.
