Leasing Professional
to be the first point of contact for prospective residents and help grow our vibrant community. In this role, you’ll guide prospects through the leasing process, conduct personalized tours, support outreach efforts, and deliver an exceptional resident experience. If you enjoy relationship-building, hospitality-driven sales, and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives, we’d love to meet you. What We’re Looking For
Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor Ability to connect authentically with
55+ active adult prospects Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing leads and follow-ups Familiarity with property management software (Entrata preferred) Team-oriented, reliable, and service-driven Comfortable supporting events, outreach, and community engagement What You’ll Be Doing
Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease execution Conduct engaging tours tailored to the needs of
55+ active adult prospects Follow up with leads and convert prospects into residents Support outreach events, open houses, and community activities Maintain accurate leasing and prospect records in the CRM Assist with resident move-ins and deliver a high-touch customer experience Collaborate with the onsite team to support occupancy and retention goals Compensation:
$23.00 per hour Performance Incentives:
