The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years' experience building projects in the municipality of public sector space up to or over 10M and understand concrete and the entire operation of the construction site. They should be familiar with the SATX trades, inspectors and architects. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties and be able to establish a timeline for completion based on being system and software proficient.
