We are seeking an experienced

Construction Superintendent

with a strong background in

ground-up healthcare construction , ideally including

hospital projects , to join our growing team. This role is responsible for leading all field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strict compliance with healthcare construction requirements and infection-control protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead

day-to-day field operations

for ground-up healthcare and hospital construction projects

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field staff to maintain schedule and production targets

Develop, maintain, and update

short-interval and master project schedules

Ensure strict adherence to

safety standards, infection control requirements (ICRA), and healthcare regulatory guidelines

Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and quality control reviews

Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum

Oversee project documentation including daily reports, site logs, safety records, and quality tracking

Maintain strong communication with hospital stakeholders, particularly on

occupied campus or campus-adjacent work

Qualifications

7+ years of construction superintendent experience, with

ground-up healthcare or hospital project experience strongly preferred

Proven experience managing

large-scale commercial or healthcare construction projects

from sitework through turnover

Strong knowledge of

healthcare construction standards, life-safety systems, and regulatory compliance

Demonstrated leadership managing multiple subcontract trades on complex projects

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules

OSHA 30 certification preferred

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
