We’re partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong and growing healthcare portfolio to hire an experienced

Superintendent

to lead field operations across hospital, clinical, and medical office projects throughout the Phoenix market.

This role is ideal for a field leader who understands the complexities of working in active healthcare environments and can confidently manage schedules, subcontractors, compliance, and stakeholder coordination while maintaining strict safety and infection control standards.

What You’ll Do

Lead full field execution of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Manage day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and trade sequencing

Drive schedule performance, quality control, and jobsite safety

Oversee multiple phases of work within occupied or active healthcare environments

Ensure strict compliance with AHCA, ICRA, infection control protocols, and healthcare-specific regulations

Coordinate closely with owners, architects, inspectors, and hospital stakeholders

Maintain documentation, inspections, and readiness for audits and turnover

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience in commercial construction

Proven

healthcare construction experience required

(hospital, clinic, medical office, or surgical center projects)

Strong knowledge of AHCA, ICRA, and infection control procedures

Ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects with demanding clients and schedules

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in active/occupied facilities
