* BA/BS and 3+ years of healthcare marketing experience or related experience* Proven track record in nephrology and/or rare disease brands specifically within HCP marketing.* Strong influencing without authority and emotional intelligence skills; capable of working through ambiguity and thriving in a fast, high-pressure environment.* Proven advanced analytical skills, project management, and financial acumen skills.* Strong teamwork, collaboration and communication skills and proven ability to drive efficiencies across a matrix team.* Ability to lead and drive external agencies and vendors* Experience in launching brands or highly competitive therapeutic rare disease areas.* Previous experience in leading digital marketing & media projects.* Experience working on a product/s with a specialty pharmacy distribution.* Sales and/or sales training experience or market access experience.* MBA and/or advanced degree in marketing**Competencies**
