Qualifications Required* 10-12 years of commercial experience in the US pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in HCP marketing, new product launches, sales, access, and market analysis.* Prior experience in rare disease or kidney disease commercialization* Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and forecasting business performance.* Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication, presentation, and business partnering abilities.* Strategic agility with the ability to analyze complex business issues, adapt to market dynamics, and establish appropriate objectives.* MBA or relevant graduate/post-graduate degree.* Up to 30% travel required based on business needs.Preferred* Previous experience managing direct reports.* Successful track record of launching brands or indications.* Experience in highly competitive therapeutic areas.**Competencies**

Typically, actual pay will be positioned within the established range, rather than at its minimum or maximum.
