Deliver a
5-star client experience
that drives repeat and referral business
Host
team open houses
monthly to attract buyers and expand your network
Manage schedule, workflow, and time blocking for maximum productivity
Participate in ongoing
sales training, coaching, and weekly team meetings
Qualifications
Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales
Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and digital tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Driven, self-motivated, and committed to professional growth
Organized with excellent time management skills
Strong negotiation, networking, and problem-solving abilities
Prior sales experience is preferred, but
coachability and work ethic
matter most
Compensation $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
