Milford, NH (Onsite) Sales Engineer - Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Join our mid-tier EMS company, a leader in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing, component procurement, and electronics subassembly and full box build solutions. We specialize in serving highly regulated markets, including FDA-compliant medical devices, Department of Defense (DoD) contracts, and robotics, where precision, compliance, and innovation drive success. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal technical sales role, bridging engineering expertise with business development to drive growth in complex, technically demanding sectors. This position demands a blend of technical acumen and sales prowess to identify opportunities, provide consultative solutions, and secure long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Prospect, qualify, and pursue new opportunities in medical, defense, and robotics sectors through networking, trade shows, and inbound leads Technical Consultation:

Offer expert advice on PCBA processes (SMT, through-hole, inspection/testing), box build integration, supply chain management, and design optimization via DFM/DFA/DFT reviews to ensure manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and compliance Compliance Expertise:

Guide customers on standards like ISO 13485, IPC Class 3, ITAR, and AS9100 to mitigate risks in regulated environments Proposal and Quoting:

Develop detailed technical proposals, RFQ responses, cost models, and presentations emphasizing quality, scalability, and supply chain resilience Customer Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary technical contact, supporting clients from NPI to volume production, troubleshooting issues, and building enduring relationships Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain teams to align on feasibility, timelines, and delivery Sales Execution:

Achieve revenue targets through new customer acquisition and account expansion in long-sales-cycle markets Qualifications:
