What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop business plans and sales strategies to penetrate new markets

Provide competitive pricing for prospect applications while maintaining profit margins

Maintain comprehensive records of pricing, sales, and activity reports

Create and conduct proposal presentations and assist Account Representatives with their proposals

Conduct one‑on‑one reviews with Account Representatives to enhance performance and communication

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, including hiring and developing staff

Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes

Experience with enterprise software solutions and managing large, complex organizations

Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Proven experience in Supplier Relationship Management

Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to develop staff effectively
