hiring on behalf of our client , a growing organization in the medical device/manufacturing space, for an experienced
Human Resources Director
to lead HR strategy and day-to-day people operations.
This is a hands‑on leadership role partnering closely with senior leadership to support employee experience, compliance, and organizational growth.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Human Resources function, including direct oversight of the HR team
Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management
Oversee talent management, benefits and compensation, learning and development, and employee engagement
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
Utilize HR data, metrics, and KPIs to support informed decision-making
Support a fast‑paced, regulated manufacturing environment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
5+ years of experience leading or managing an HR team
Experience supporting manufacturing and/or FDA-regulated environments strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and HR operations
Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
