Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of our residential management portfolio

Communicate with property owners, tenants, vendors, and maintenance technicians

Conduct onsite meetings and walkthrough inspections

Portfolio management

Project management

General office and administrative duties

Ensure outstanding client relations and service

Ideal Candidate

Experienced in rental property or HOA management (1+ year required)

Appfolio Experience

Google Suite Experience

Strong organization and prioritization skills

Strong communication skills

Strong sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
