We’re hiring a

Senior

Paid Growth Analyst

to help fuel our next stage of growth. This is a hands‑on executional role, mixed with account leadership and strategy, ideal for someone with 2-3 years performance marketing experience. You’ll work directly with the founding partners.

This role is a launchpad: strong performers will grow into managers, with full ownership of campaigns, client relationships, and strategic roadmap development.

What You’ll Do

Execute Paid Campaigns

– Setup, launch, and optimization of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.

Support Paid Ad Creative Strategy and Execution:

Manage ad asset creation process: planning, scripting, content sourcing, post‑production, trafficking, reporting

Own Reporting & Analysis

– Pull data from platform dashboards, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio to identify optimization opportunities and communicate results.

Own Client Workflows

– Be accountable to client deliverables, manage task execution, and keep projects on track and moving forward.

Test & Learn

– Develop creative testing plans, build and refine audience targeting / bid strategy, and monitor budget pacing.

Build Better Systems

– Document repeatable processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and results.

What We’re Looking For

2–3+ years of experience in digital growth marketing strategy and execution

Experience creating dynamic organic or paid social media content

Direct experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics

Expertise with spreadsheets, data analysis, and marketing metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR

Direct experience in creative briefing, ad iteration workflows, and / or CRO testing

Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and great at managing competing priorities

Strong communicator who’s eager to learn and grow within a tight‑knit, remote‑first team

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Compensation

– $85K-$110K salary range, based on experience and market data
