FGP is a performance marketing consultancy. We scale brands through precision media buying, high-converting creative, and conversion-optimized web experiences across Meta, Google, TikTok, and beyond. We’ve driven results for top DTC, subscription, marketplace, and B2B brands.

We’re hiring a Paid Media Analyst to help fuel our next stage of growth. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone early in career who’s hungry to learn, solve problems, and make an impact. You’ll work directly with FGP’s founding partners and gain real exposure to the inner workings of a high-performing growth team.

This is a launchpad role. Strong performers will have a clear path to grow into Performance Marketing Managers with ownership over client strategy, campaign execution, and account performance.

What You’ll Do

Execute Paid Digital Marketing Campaigns – Assist in the setup, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more

Support Ad Creative Development: Project manage ad asset creation process: planning, scripting, content sourcing, post‑production, trafficking, and reporting

Own Reporting & Insights – Pull data from platform dashboards and Google Analytics to track performance, surface key insights, and identify campaign optimization opportunities

Drive Client Execution – Contribute to client deliverables, manage task execution, and help move projects forward with clarity and speed

Test & Learn – Help develop, implement, and report on testing plans that drive continuous performance improvements across client campaigns

Build Better Systems – Help document repeatable processes and propose improvements to increase internal team efficiency and results

What We’re Looking For

1–2+ years of professional experience. Marketing / growth experience is a plus but not required

Hands‑on experience creating content or working on organic/paid social campaigns

Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is a plus but not required

Comfortable working in spreadsheets and analyzing marketing metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR

Experience developing marketing creative and/or messaging to drive action via ads, websites, or social media

Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

Strong communicator with a growth mindset and a collaborative spirit

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Compensation – $75–90K salary range, based on experience and market benchmarks
