In this pivotal client-facing role, you will ensure the ongoing performance and value of decisioning and software platforms for strategic clients. Collaborating with various teams, you will address client needs and contribute to long-term partnerships, while positioning our partner as a trusted advisor in decision‑making processes. Your efforts will directly impact both client satisfaction and business outcomes, making you integral to the company's success.
Accountabilities
Be the primary decisioning and software point of contact for assigned strategic clients
Lead regular client technical and decisioning reviews focused on platform performance and business outcomes
Build trusted relationships across multiple levels of the client organization
Oversee decisioning platform implementations and post‑production support
Manage client communications, root cause analyses, and periodic service level agreement reviews
Lead model governance activities, including documentation and updates
Facilitate client training for decisioning and fraud solutions
Requirements
7+ years experience managing enterprise decisioning or analytics solutions in a client‑facing role
Experience with decisioning platforms and data‑driven models
Strong background in managing client environments and cross‑functional teams
Capable of leading client escalations and service management activities
Experience protecting core revenue and supporting solution expansion
Excellent balance of strategic planning and hands‑on execution skills
Proven experience in leadership development and influence
