The Senior Consultant – AI / Copilot Reinvention will support AI led transformation initiatives for Life Sciences clients by translating concepts related to Copilot, AI agents, and reinvention into actionable deliverables. This role is responsible for developing process documentation, value inputs, reinvention assets, and activation strategies. The individual will serve as a key contributor across multiple client workstreams, supporting both delivery and GTM priorities while collaborating closely with program leadership, industry teams, and ecosystem partners, including Microsoft.
Responsibilities
Develop
current and future state process maps
with integrated AI agentic components across functions such as Manufacturing.
Create
recommendations and delivery roadmaps
with activation plans spanning Work, Workforce, and Data/Technology domains.
Develop
value case inputs , reinvention materials, and transformation roadmaps aligned to client priorities.
Serve as a consistent
day-to-day workstream contributor , coordinating deliverables across program teams.
Prepare
executive- and board‑level content
for AI strategy, reinvention, and innovation sessions.
Identify new
engagement opportunities , growth avenues, and reinvention expansion pathways within active accounts.
Act as
Delivery Lead , supporting use case prioritization, process reimagination, roadmap creation, and transition into Rapid Agent Enablement PODs and Foundation Build.
Organization & Sales Enablement
Contribute to the expansion of the
AMBG Life Sciences pipeline , supporting early-stage discovery, qualification, and pursuit activities.
Develop assets and content for
Life Sciences GTM plays .
Provide
pursuit support
through research, message development, and project management.
Collaborate with
Microsoft counterparts
to align on industry messaging, customer priorities, and EBC/top‑to‑top executive strategies.
Help maintain and evolve
repeatable reinvention templates, accelerators, and delivery assets .
Support
opportunity tracking and follow‑through
across portfolio accounts and reinvention programs.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s What You Need
Minimum 3 years of experience in Technology Consulting, digital transformation, AI strategy, or enterprise technology delivery required
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Life Sciences accounts (Medical Devices, Pharma, or Healthcare segments).
Minimum 2 years of experience and ability to demonstrate strong understanding of enterprise data, cloud architecture, and emerging AI technologies (Copilot, agentic workflows a plus).
Minimum 1 year of experience and proficiency in creating executive-ready deliverables.
Minimum 1 year of experience and ability to work collaboratively across matrixed teams and ecosystem partners (Microsoft preferred).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus Points If
Strong communication and storytelling skills for senior executive audiences.
Familiarity with Accenture methodologies, Life Sciences industry trends, and AMBG.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
