We are seeking a highly motivated, take-charge individual with a strong work ethic to join our Sales Performance Management CoE team. In this position, you will play a key role for Sales Performance Management CoE team with a variety of responsibilities including analytical and reporting needs, forecasting, compensation strategy and execution. This is a dynamic and exciting role with the ability to shape the direction of the department and the wider BSC divisions through your contributions. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Your responsibilities include:

Participate in Sales compensation strategy and planning Execute month end, quarter end and year end commissions, bonuses, and awards to the field sales organization. Track and report on Key Performance Indicators related to specific business function Utilize available reporting tools and technology to deliver intuitive analyses to the field Lead process improvement initiatives for SPM CoE Team Develop and maintain various reports from quarterly analytics to new tableau dashboards, often utilizing multiple data sources to produce strategically relevant information Build and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting tools that clearly communicate insights, trends, and risks to stakeholders. Define, track, and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure sales effectiveness, productivity, and operational efficiency. Partner on cross functional strategic projects as needed What we’re looking for in you:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree At least 4 years of experience in Sales or Financial Analyst role Proven analytical and problem-solving experience Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. Knowledge in Anaplan platform is a plus Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service Excellent interpersonal skills and above average writing and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization Organization skillsand the ability to handle work of a highly confidential nature Desire to work in a high paced collaborative, teamwork-oriented environment Ability to travel up to 10%. Minimum Salary:

$89,200 Maximum Salary:

$169,500 Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
