
About the Role
We are looking for a
Comfort Consultant
who excels at helping homeowners make confident, informed decisions about their comfort systems. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, designing the right HVAC solutions, and delivering an exceptional experience from first visit to install. If you enjoy building trust, educating customers, and being rewarded for performance - this role is for you. What You'll Do
Meet with homeowners to evaluate comfort concerns, system performance, and home layout
Design and present HVAC replacement and upgrade solutions (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, IAQ, etc.)
Educate customers on efficiency, comfort options, and long-term value
Provide clear, professional proposals and financing options
Follow up with customers to close opportunities and ensure satisfaction
Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution
Accurately document jobs in CRM and follow company sales process
Help drive company lead generation through community events
What We're Looking For
2+ years of HVAC sales or in-home sales experience preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, homeowner-friendly terms
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own pipeline
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Comfort with technology (tablets, CRM systems, digital proposals)
HVAC technical knowledge is a plus - but we will train the right salesperson. What We Offer
