Responsibilities

Builds relationships and develops plans to increase sales and profitability for mid-size accounts. Generates viable sales leads and prospects through market and account research, sales events, networking, vendor events and computer programs. Contacts assigned and prospective accounts to secure new business. Develops and executes profitable business plans for managing accounts. Collaborates with sales and key corporate personnel to communicate account plans, pricing, and offer assistance to drive sales. Achieves assigned sales quota, part margin, and controllable expense objectives. Interacts with customers, vendors, and associates to resolve customer and service related issues. Maintains current product knowledge and applies it when servicing customers. Maintains and submits all required sales administration reports. Regularly attends company meetings. Operates with 2-5 years of experience in similar roles; performs other duties as assigned. May require operation of a Company or Personal Vehicle and related MVR review (acceptable MVR required). Minimum Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Valid Driver’s License required. 3-5 years’ experience in a customer support role or inside sales within the construction supply industry or similar business. Intermediate to advanced computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; learn BlueBeam within 90 days. Outstanding communication, listening, and collaborative skills in a team environment. Exceptional math skills for estimating, pricing, and preparing scope proposals. Exposure to blueprint reading. Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling in an Account Manager environment and/or success working with customers. Experience with inventory sales. Degree preferred. Account Management Focus

The Account Manager will focus on all incoming inquiries for formwork or shoring products, provide outstanding service to call-in customers, and develop a house account list by proactively calling target customers. Key responsibilities include creating positive client relationships, developing new business using the Sales Process, and resolving customer issues through project service and project management. The role involves servicing established customers, identifying new leads, opportunities, and closing sales. Essential Responsibilities

Provide customer service for all sales and rental products using the Abacus billing system. Schedule-driven planning with weekly goals and pre-call alignment with the Sales Manager. Develop and maintain basic knowledge of Jobsite Formwork’s products and pricing. Qualify leads, identify opportunities, and manage prospects in the CRM system. Demonstrate analytical/problem-solving capabilities for customers and the company. Monitor market behavior and competitive trends; respond proactively. Weekly revenue-driving activities and close meetings with decision makers. Weekly review meetings with the Sales Manager to discuss goals, activities, and progress of call campaigns. Inside Sales responsibilities include processing new orders in the CRM/ABACUS system and generating billing through project close. Manage >60 day accounts receivable to bring them current. Perform special projects as assigned by the Sales Manager. Working Conditions

Office and service counter environment within a distribution setting; possible exposure to moderate noise and outdoor temperature fluctuations. Must be able to lift or move up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods. Physical and Other Requirements
