Compensation:
$70,000-85,000
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of experience in commercial roofing (Superintendent experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and other commercial systems
A growing commercial roofing contractor is seeking a
Superintendent
to lead field operations for new construction and reroofing projects in multiple markets. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with deep roofing experience, strong safety knowledge, and a track record of managing crews and delivering high‑quality results.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily job site activities and ensure project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met
Lead and mentor foremen and crews, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
Conduct safety audits, enforce OSHA compliance, and lead toolbox talks
Maintain accurate documentation, daily logs, and client communication
Participate in inspections, change order reviews, and project close‑out
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in commercial roofing (Superintendent experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and other commercial systems
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Proficient in reading blueprints and using project tracking tools
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
Comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions
