Overview
The Manager, Patient Relations is responsible for managing the department. The Manager works with leaders and physicians at all levels across WakeMed Health & Hospitals to uphold the patient complaint and grievance protocols and processes. Partners with leaders and staff to educate and implement patient experience process improvement initiatives.
