The Role Peachtree Entertainment is seeking an experienced Promoter Representative to serve as the primary production liaison between artists, venues, vendors, and internal departments across our portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring that all shows are advanced, budgeted, and executed at the highest professional standard while protecting the promoter’s interests. The ideal candidate has extensive touring and venue experience, understands large-scale production logistics, and can confidently manage multiple shows simultaneously while on the road and in advance. Responsibilities
Show Execution Serve as Peachtree Entertainment’s on-site promoter representative for assigned shows and tours Oversee load-in, show day operations, and load-out in coordination with artist production, venue staff, and local labor Ensure all production elements align with contractual obligations, budgets, and safety standards Act as final authority on show-day production decisions on behalf of the promoter Advance all technical and logistical aspects of shows with artist tour management and production teams Review, negotiate, and reconcile technical riders, hospitality riders, and production requirements Coordinate staging, audio, lighting, video, rigging, power, trucking, and labor withProduction as needed Identify potential production challenges early and implement practical, cost-effective solutions Budgeting & Financial Oversight
Build and manage show and tour production budgets Track expenses, approve POs, and ensure cost control throughout the advance and execution phases Reconcile post-show settlements and production costs with internal teams Flag scope creep or overages proactively and propose alternatives Act as the primary point of contact for venues regarding production needs and show logistics Maintain strong relationships with national and regional production vendors Ensure compliance with venue rules, union regulations, and local labor agreements Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in touring production management, promoter rep roles, or venue production management Extensive knowledge of audio, lighting, video, staging, rigging, power, and labor practices Proven experience advancing and executing arena, amphitheater, theater, and festival shows Strong understanding of production budgeting and cost controls Ability to manage multiple shows and priorities under tight timelines Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Comfortable traveling extensively and working long, irregular hours Willingness to travel approximately 50-75% of the time and ability to work on your feet for extended periods. Ability to remain calm and make quality decisions in high-pressure and stressful situations. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between multiple parties (promoters, tour managers, venue managers, production teams, vendors). Strong autonomy with the capacity to ask for help when needed and handle tasks independently. Basic accounting skills for tracking expenses and managing budgets. Excellent negotiation skills & a working knowledge of Google Sheets and Dropbox and Prism What You Bring
