in Syosset, NY. Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you represent Intelli-Tec Security Services by being the voice over the phone to provide solutions and ensure that customers feel their needs have been met. You will be responsible for serving as a first point of contact for all internal and external customers’ inquiries and collaborate with both onsite facility managers and technicians to ensure smooth operations. To guarantee excellent customer service it is important to have gain in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively internally and externally. Salary Range $20.00 per hour - $24.00 per hour Hours Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 05:00pm Responsibilities Receive incoming customer inquiries via phone and email and prioritize them appropriately to ensure critical issues are addressed promptly Efficiently schedule service appointments based on priority, availability and location Maintain real-time updates on service tickets and communicate delays or issues to the Service Manager Ensure detailed physical and digital record keeping of all incoming requests, tasks and technician assignments Collaborate with onsite facility managers and point of contact to communicate progress, delays or additional service requests Conduct follow-ups with onsite managers to ensure the completed projects meet all required standards Provide extensive administrative support to technicians, including ensuring they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks Basic Qualifications 2-year Associate’s Degree Attention to detail with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Full professional working proficiency in the English language Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Valid Driver License and clean driving record Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a professional support role or equivalent military experience Bachelor’s Degree What awaits you at Intelli-Tec Security: Benefits that include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO Employer’s Disclaimer: All requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
