Job Description
We are seeking an experienced personal injury Paralegal with prior experience with civil litigation and personal injury law. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and court filings, obtain, review, and summarize medical records and case materials, preparing discovery requests and responses, hearing and trial preparation, and general file management.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of personal injury paralegal experience;
Experience with e-filing via NYSCEF (required) and PACER;
Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
Highly organized with attention to detail
