We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Personal Injury Paralegal

to join our pre-litigation team. This role is responsible for managing personal injury claims through settlement, advocating for clients, and negotiating favorable outcomes with insurance carriers before filing suit. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled negotiator, and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about client advocacy. Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury claims from assignment through resolution Conduct liability and damages analysis to determine claim value Obtain, review, and analyze medical records, bills, and related documentation Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information Prepare and submit demand packages to insurance carriers Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters to maximize claim value Evaluate settlement offers and make recommendations to clients Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in the case management system Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff when cases require escalation to litigation Qualifications

2+ years of experience negotiating personal injury claims (plaintiff-side preferred) Strong knowledge of bodily injury claims, liability, and damages evaluation Proven negotiation skills with insurance carriers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Preferred Experience

Plaintiff-side personal injury law firm experience Experience handling auto accidents, premises liability, and general negligence claims Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus What We Offer
