The property manager will be responsible for interacting with tenants, landlords, and owners. Responsibilities
Attend Board Meetings Manage Multiple Properties Handle inspections Meet with the Board of Directors Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of management experience working with Boards of Community Associations. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and follow up effectively. Prior experience overseeing community governance, financial management, and property maintenance. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary $90,000 - $100,000 All-expense paid company car (lease, insurance, repairs and maintenance, gas charge card) Company smart phone and laptop computer.
