Data Entry Administrative Assistant
to support daily office operations with a strong focus on accurate data entry and record management. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information in a structured environment. Responsibilities: Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain and update electronic and physical records and files Enter and process documentation such as forms, reports, and compliance-related paperwork Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Prepare and submit routine reports in a timely manner Support light administrative and clerical tasks as needed Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Provide front-desk and receptionist support, including answering phones and greeting visitors Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination Qualifications: Prior experience in data entry or administrative support Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Reliable attendance and strong time management skills Comfortable working independently in a steady-paced office environment
