EB-5 filings . This role supports attorneys handling complex employment- and investment-based immigration matters and requires hands-on experience with EB-5 petitions and related documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing high-volume, document-intensive cases while working closely with attorneys, investors, and third-party stakeholders. Prepare, draft, and file
EB-5 petitions , including Forms
I-526E, I-485, I-829 , and related USCIS filings Assist with
investor visa matters , including EB-5 regional center and direct investment cases
