CSG Law's Immigration Practice Group is seeking an experienced paralegal with business immigration or transactional experience on a real estate or corporate team. Responsibilities

Prepare and draft immigration EB-5 petitions, including I-526, I-526E, I-956, I-956E, I-956G Prepare Regional Center amendments, templates for investor petitions Manage EB-5 clients, including project developers and investors from engagement to receipt of immigration benefit, including gathering documentation for eligibility, draft forms, file petitions Manage case deadlines, respond to Requests for Evidence Draft correspondence to clients, USCIS, NVC and other agencies Assist with intake process Organize and maintain case files Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification; applicable work experience considered in lieu of a degree A minimum of three (3) years of EB-5 or transactional experience on a Real Estate or Corporate team experience in a law firm setting Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and deadlines Professional demeanor and high level of interpersonal skills This role is hybrid with an on-site schedule in our New York, NY or Roseland, NJ office of three (3) days per week. Qualified candidates may also be considered for a remote position. The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $75,000 - $90,000. Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
