We are looking for a competent leasing professional. We would like to train the new hire on our property management software.
Responsibilities
Lease Vacant Apartments, renew leases, answer the office phone, schedule work orders, work with Section 8.
Present apartments to prospective clients.
Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques.
Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations.
Provide accurate information on the different features of properties.
Validate application information and references.
Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
Keep abreast of the property market status.
Skills
Proven working experience as a leasing person.
Wanting to learn new opportunities.
Basic understanding of working on a computer.
Customer-focused approach.
Bilingual.
