Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team on a Full‑time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing activities, client interactions, and property management.
Responsibilities
Present apartments, houses, or other properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner.
Assist residential landlords in discovering suitable tenants.
Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques.
Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial capacity to create personalized presentations.
Provide accurate information on property features.
Validate application information and references.
Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
Stay informed about the property market status.
Conduct periodic property inspections and ensure proper maintenance.
Skills
Proven working experience as a leasing consultant.
Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations.
Demonstrated track record of successful sales.
Proficiency in YARDI software is essential. Basic understanding of MS Office.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with marketing and sales techniques.
Customer‑focused approach.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Initially part‑time, with the possibility of transitioning to full‑time.

Experience and Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in property leasing (required).
Proficiency in YARDI software (preferred).
Valid driver’s license (required).
Work location: In person.
