Portney & Co. is seeking an experienced Income Tax Preparer (non-CPA) with 3-5 years of hands‑on tax preparation experience. The ideal candidate can prepare individual and business tax returns, work comfortably in Ultra Tax CS and assist with extensions, estimated tax payments and basic tax planning. They will communicate with clients regarding missing items and questions. The job is full time during tax season and has steady hours year‑round.
