Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships with our client base.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.

Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide detailed product information and support to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.

Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate persistent customer issues as needed.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to achieving departmental goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
