Aparicio Immigration Law is a fast-growing boutique immigration law firm located in Chicago’s West Loop. We are looking to add abilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegalto join our team.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients in English and Spanish (phone, email, and in-person)
Assist attorneys with court and litigation preparation
Prepare and assemble USCIS applications and supporting evidence
Manage calendaring, deadlines, and case follow-up
Handle telephonic and written correspondence
Support additional office and case-related responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
Bilingual in
English and Spanish
(required)
3+ years of immigration paralegal experience preferred
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant certification(s) preferred
Enthusiasm and passion for immigration law and client service

$60,000 – $75,000
(depending on experience)
