Customer Service Representative (CSR)
who thrives on organization, communication, and taking care of people during stressful moments. If you’re detail-oriented, personable, and take pride in delivering a great customer experience, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for body shop customers
Greet customers in person and handle inbound phone calls professionally
Open and manage repair orders
Communicate repair status updates clearly and accurately
Coordinate with estimators, technicians, insurance companies, and parts
Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
Maintain a clean, professional front-office environment
What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional phone and in-person presence
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (CRM/DMS experience a plus)
Prior automotive, body shop, or insurance experience is preferred but not required
A team-first mindset with a positive attitude
