Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee . In this exciting role, you will be trained to operate a Class B box truck, delivering exceptional service for parts washer machines, picking up containerized hazardous waste, and selling our innovative products and services on a designated route.

Responsibilities: Prioritize health and safety by adhering to all work practices and policies. Timely completion of daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups. Switch out 15- & 30-gallon drums of solutions at customer locations. Complete all required documentation and labeling accurately. Generate leads for new products and services from customers. Promote and sell additional services to existing accounts. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Operate vehicles safely in accordance with U.S. DOT and other regulations. Adhere to corporate operating guidelines and procedures. Follow company environmental health and safety protocols. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must obtain a CDL B within 180 days (company paid). Must obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 30 days of receiving CDL B. Able to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic computer and math skills are required. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Physical ability to perform required job functions. Pass a background check, drug test, and physical examination as required. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills.
